BAR MITZVAH

Wondering What to Wear?

Simply put, the dress code is attire that would be worn for a service in any
place of worship.

Boys: Nice pants and shirts with a tie and jacket optional.

Tate will be wearing a suit and tie.

Girls: Dresses or skirts.

Service: 10:30 to Noon, Temple Sinai

5645 Dupree Drive NW

Atlanta, Geogia 30327

Kiddush Luncheon will follow the service.

Trip Time from Hotel:

15 minutes. Use either route, highway or side roads.

Arrival:

Please arrive by 10:15, as our service begins on time.

Kippah or Yamulke:

These skullcaps are worn generally by boys and men during the service as a sign of respect.

Cell phones:

Cell phone use is not permitted during the service. Please make sure all phones are turned off.

Drop off and pick up:

Please note that anyone can attend our service, so all parents are welcome.

If parents are dropping off their child, the service starts promptly at 10:30 AM so it is a good idea to drop them a few minutes early.  There are ushers in the lobby to direct everyone.

After the service, a Kiddush luncheon will be served in the social hall. This light brunch is casual and gives everyone an opportunity to eat and visit.

The pick up is no later than 1:30 PM but can be earlier, if needed.
